June 25 : Michael's personal doctor Dr. Conrad R. Murray calls 911 at 12:21 PM and says he discovered Michael is distress a half hour before.
Michael is taken by ambulance to UCLA Medical Center.
Katherine, LaToya, Jermaine, Randy, Prince, Paris, Blanket, Frank Dileo & Dr Tohme go to the hospital where they learn Michael's death!
Jermaine announces the tragic news in a short speech to the press.
Michael's body is taken by helicopter to the coroner's office.
Prince, Paris & Blanket are taken to Hayvenhurst where the whole Jackson family gets together.

It names Katherine as the legal guardian of Prince, Paris & Blanket (or Diana Ross if Katherine is not able) and John BRANCA, John McCLAIN and Barry SIEGEL as co-Executors of the Will.

July 2 : Over two minutes of footage from Michael's tour rehearsal -- taken just two days before he died -- has been released by AEG, showing the legend rocking out to his song "They Don't Care About Us."
AEG and reps for the Jackson family just announced a memorial service for Michael Jackson will take place at the Staples Center on Tuesday July 07 at 10:00 AM.
11,000 tickets will be distributed free of charge to the general public -- a press conference will be held tomorrow morning to address the situation further.

The whole Jackson family and friends attend a private memorial early in the morning at Forest Lawn cemetary.
Then they go to the public memorial at the Staples Center in downtown L.A.

At the end of the tribute show, the Jackson family and all the artist perform We Are The World and Heal The World with Prince, Paris and Blanket.
Paris ends the tribute with a moving speech calling Michael "the best daddy you could ever imagine" before breaking in Janet's arms.

July 22 : Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyer, Ed Chernoff, releases a statement about today's raid at the doc's office -- saying law enforcement officials were searching for evidence "of the offense of manslaughter."
"We can confirm that a search warrant was executed today on Dr. Murray's offices in Houston, Texas. We reviewed the warrant and remained on the premises while the search was being executed.
The search was conducted by members of the DEA, two Robbery – Homicide detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department and Houston Police officers.
The search warrant authorized law enforcement to search for and seize items, including documents, they believed constituted evidence of the offense of manslaughter.
July 24 : Jermaine performs "Smile" during a Michael's tribute during the Save The World Awards in Vienna, Austria and he accepts an award on behalf of Michael.
July 28 : La Toya is releasing a new single called "Home" on iTunes in Michael's memory.
All proceeds will go to AIDS Project Los Angeles, one of Michael's favorite charities.
July 30 : A custody deal is reached betwenn Katherine & Debbie regarding Prince & Paris.
Under terms of the custody agreement, Katherine will retain guardianship over the children, as Michael 's 2002 will stipulated, lawyers for both parties confirmed.
Debbie will have visitation rights whose frequency will be determined by a child psychologist to be jointly selected, and jointly paid, by both Katherine & her.
The agreement, which will be presented to a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge on August 3rd for approval, does not include an additional compensation for Debbie other than what she has already received in prior settlements with Michael.
“The parties engaged in a dignified discussion that resulted in a dignified outcome," said Eric George, Rowe's attorney. "The sole consideration between the parties was the best interests of the children."

The Judge also grants visitation rights for Debbie Rowe as well as spousal support based on the agreement she struck with Michael several years ago.
